These are my go-to compression shorts for running. I also own the 6-inch version, but I definitely prefer the 4-inch length as it feels less restrictive and more comfortable on longer runs.
I’m not a fan of side pockets, but I really appreciate the back pocket. It’s secure and fits the essentials I like to carry while running without getting in the way.
My only wish is that these came in a 5-inch length. I think that would be the perfect balance between the 4-inch and 6-inch versions. If 2XU released a 5-inch version of these compression shorts, I’d buy them straight away :)
