What is the minimum order quantity?

Express tier starts at 20 units. Team tier requires 300+ units, and Bespoke programs start at 1000+ units.

How long does the process take?

Express orders take 2–3 weeks from artwork approval. Team and Bespoke tiers have factory lead times confirmed after design sign-off.

What's the difference between Custom and Semi-Custom?

Custom designs are fully sublimated from scratch using blank templates. Semi-Custom uses existing retail garments with your logos screen printed, digitally printed or embroidered.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We deliver globally with distribution hubs in Australia, North America and Europe for faster regional fulfilment.

What branding methods are available?

Screen printing (durable, clean logos), heat transfer (fine details and gradients), and embroidery (premium finish on outer layers). Available methods vary by tier.

Can you set up a team e-commerce store?
