Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights, under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law. 2XU has a strict Customer Return Policy and Procedure to ensure that each item is dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Items purchased online must be returned via the online return portal
- Items purchased in-store must be returned to the store of purchase
- Items purchased from a 2XU authorised partner, must be returned to the store of purchase.
We will allow a change of mind return for refund or exchange, provided that the item in question is:
- An item purchased at 2xu.com or at one of our Performance Centres (retail store) – this excludes items with final sale disclaimers.
- Returned within 30 days of purchase
- In original purchased condition with tags attached
- In original & undamaged packaging
- Has not been worn
- Not underwear or socks; and
- Not damaged in any way
All Items with a ‘Final Sale’ disclaimer cannot be returned for change of mind reasons.
We're happy for you to try on clothing to see if it fits, for hygiene reasons you must wear your own underwear underneath the garment.
**IMPORTANT** - 2XU takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us or are damaged in transit. Please take care in wrapping your return item/s safely and securely.
Please note, all returns must be shipped via Australia Post, there is no customer access at our warehouse.
If you wish to change your item for another size, you may do so via our returns portal. After submitting your exchange via the return portal, we recommend posting your items back at your earliest convenience.
Your selected exchange item will not be reserved until your return parcel is in transit. Should you delay posting your items back to us for any length of time, we cannot guarantee that the item you have selected will still be available.
Once you have dropped off your exchange item with Australia Post, we will organise for your replacement item to be shipped to you right away.
Online orders cannot be exchanged in our 2XU retail stores.
We are happy to offer a full refund on all full priced items, excluding underwear and socks, for up to 30 days from purchase provided the items meet the above requirements.
Once we have received your return, we will assess your returned item/s to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
Item/s that were bought during a sale or discount promotion will be refunded for the amount paid for the item i.e. the listed price for that item at time of order less the discount applied.
Outlet & Final Sale Items
All items marked with a final sale disclaimer cannot be returned for change of mind reasons. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on final sale items, unless covered under our Warranty Policy.
Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns policy, refunds will be processed within 10 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
If you have selected to exchange your item, your new order will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of your exchange item.

Your 2XU experience is important to us, therefore items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged in-store within 30 days of purchase.
Simply take your items back to the place of purchase with your receipt and ask to speak with the store manager, who will be happy to help. Our change of mind policy does not apply to garments which are sold as samples or seconds. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or return.

How do I make a return if I have moved overseas?
We offer free returns within Australia. If you would like to organise an international return, please contact our customer care team email@example.com to organise. Please note; return shipping cost will apply to international returns, unless your return is under Warranty Policy.
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 7-10 business days depending on your bank.
