the BEST for delayed onset muscle soreness

i usually get such bad second day soreness after leg day ( to the point where it hurts walking down the stairs) what a game changer it has been to be able to pop these on right after my workout and then be able to move around with noo soreness the next day! highly recommend for all my gym girlies !
