Have bought these socks before. . Hubby, my daughter and I have been using them. I used them for brisk walking and it’s good for preventing calf muscle fatigue.
I used to get really bad shin splints but I never get them anymore since I got these socks. Putting them on takes a bit of practice but once you get used to it, it is simple as. I love them
well fitting, decent quality and provide good support during activity & afterwards for recovery - i struggle with shin splints and these have helped
I bought a second pair so I can wear them most days for circulation and injury support.
