Love these tights. They fit well and the msc technology give me that little bit extra as well as help with my recovery after long runs and sprint training. It won’t be the last pair I purchase.

Stats: 5'4 1/2 and 160-165 lbs. Ordered a large in the black/black reflective.

Good: Feels amazing on the body. Flexible but doesn't roll down while running. If you're doing a warm up/cool down it'll only move a few centimeters. I definitely ran more than I did in my track pants with these on and felt less fatigued.

Material was thick enough to not be see through. Air dries in like 4 hours from a delicates wash in a low tumble.

Bad: The pockets/compartments are COMICAL . If you have a modern cell phone 3/4th of it is going to be sticking out and will definitely fall out if you move. No way this was holding my S24+. The zip pocket? Maybe 2 keys without a key ring. The mesh pocket? Only if your gels are loose. No way anything here would hold my card holder.

Also while the material wasn't see through, if you're wearing anything other than a seamless thong the visible panty line will be DISRESPECTFUL. Dear lord.

I used to get sore knees when running but I've found with these I don't even need strapping tape for my knees. A few pockets - enough for AirPod case, phone and a couple of gels. Good tights for distance runners.
