    Training must have

Love the 2XU Light Speed Compression Shorts. I wear them for walks, runs, rowing machine and most every other workout. I wear a large and am between 155 and 160. Good compression without overdoing it. The stamping in the thighs helps keep me going and helped alleviate some minor knee pain. Wore for a Spartan Race under some running shorts. I mostly wear running shorts over these. Planning to get the full length version for the winter months.

    Good

Did what they were supposed to do, but could have provided a bit more support.

    Quality and works

Very good product, well made and they work - no brainer for hamstring support.
