Tends to keep in body heat in cold, windy or wet weather, and keeps sweat evaporating close to skin to limit overheating when the sun is out. The compression is comfortable and encourages upright posture and position awareness.
I purchased this without knowing how it would feel on me and yesterday I used it during the cold winter and rain and it kept my body warm but also comfortable I had 0 issues at all with this product it honestly feel good wearing it
