Having worn other base layers in the past I found the compression long sleeve initially 'tight' however when training [rowing] there was no loss of movement whatsoever, and I felt I could maintain more pressure and not have the fatigue - considering we are out training 2.5-3 hours per session.
For someone needing compression top that is functional effective and comfortable - highly recommended
Bought this long sleeve compression top for my 13 year old son to wear under his team playing polo for golf during the winter.....he loves it! Thin & tight, yet not restrictive and keeps his arms, chest & shoulders warm throughout the chilly winter days on the golf course.
