I use it as a running shirt.

I am a runner and swimmer, but I don't cycle. However, when I run in the winter or in the rain or strong winds, I find that I feel too cold when wearing a tank top or short-sleeved running shirt, or that the shirt sticks to my body, or that the fabric around my chest pulls on my body. So I tried running in the Aero Tri Sleeved Top and it was great!

It's very light, dries quickly, is highly breathable, has good elasticity, and provides a compression feel, so I realized that my body felt lighter while running and I was able to maintain good posture.

I even ran in the rain, but the Aero Tri Sleeved Top fits snugly against my body and because it's made for triathlons, I didn't feel a thing even when it got wet.

I'm between sizes S and M, but I wear size S when I run. When I first put them on, they felt tight and I thought it would be hard to breathe during high-intensity running training, but I was surprised that I didn't feel that way at all during actual high-intensity running.

I was reminded that this is indeed a high-quality triathlon top from 2XU.

It's a very expensive shirt compared to running shirts to use just for running, but I think it's worth it.
