This week, I ran Osaka Marathon and flew back to the States the following day. So I don't know exactly how many hours in total. I was walking like a penguin in the very beginning (when I went to have dinner after race) but my legs re-gained strength way before upper body soreness by the time I landed in the US. Thought this was a good buy.

I am an elite endurance runner and use these, they are great to remove onset muscle soreness, my legs feel great after using them, enabling me to recover and be at my best for the next day.

Could not do without these now.

Putting them on is totally worth the effort..
