I can't rave about this compression top enough! it has been a savior for my shoulder. I purchased it in the hopes it would support my shoulder during volleyball training and it helped me so much, now all my teammates have one for themselves. I've started wearing it in the gym as well, and it surprises me every time how much it helps with muscle containment and reducing muscle fatigue. Can't recommend enough!!

I knew I had tissue swelling from the damage to muscles, nerves and scapulars and the pain at night was terrible. The long sleeved core compression top (M) provides stabilization for the scapulars and seems to hold my damaged muscles in place, givingthem more structure when they work.

The swelling in both arms in the pm has reduced and the pain late at night has definitely reduced. Sleep is bliss. I can only think it is because the fluid is not building up all day. The long sleeved top seems to keep it out of tissues and in circulation.

I will purchase more as this has improved the quality of my life. Life, no matter what age you are, is too short for disabling pain.

I wear this for my morning runs when I need a bit of extra fabric, but don't want to overheat! I love the snug fit and how smooth the fabric is - I don't like baggy apparel that gets in my way running, and this fits just right with no adjustments needed. Perfect for a warm up or an extra lightweight layer!
