I'm someone who uses the compression clothing to pull in excess skin, sometimes i'll even wear two layers of a top and leggings to really keep the skin close to my muscle. I lost 200kg over 11 months and had a lot of excess skin, however thanks to the compression clothing, its pulled in about 4 inches on both my arms and 5 inches on my legs, I saw minor results in a week and now its been a month with two layers and I can safely say this is really making a big difference, especially mixed with hydration and dry brushing!
