What's the offer?

If your Stax order wasn't fulfilled, we'd love to welcome you to 2XU with an exclusive offer.

Two ways to claim:

1. In-store

Visit one of our stores: Store Locator. Show a staff member a screenshot of your Stax order confirmation along with your ID. Once approved, shop with 50%. 

2. Online

If you have an eligible Australian address, complete the form below and then email us a screenshot of your Stax order confirmation and we'll review your submission. 

Send your Stax order confirmation screenshot to: australia@2xu.com

Please make sure your screenshot clearly shows:

- Your order confirmation
- The order date (on or after 1 June 2026)
- The email address used when placing your order

Once your claim has been approved, we'll send you a unique 50% OFF code to use on full-price products at 2XU Australia. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive your code.

A few things to know

- Available to customers with an eligible Australian address only.
- One discount code per approved customer and email address.
- Excludes Light Speed Kinesis Tights and sale items.
- Offer must be redeemed by 11:59pm AEST, 9 August 2026.
