How should my compression top feel?

Your top should feel firm and supportive to stabilise muscles and promote circulation, but never restrictive or uncomfortable. If you’re between sizes, here’s what to expect:

  • Downsizing will increase compression power but may feel tighter around the waist or restrict movement. Make sure the garment still provides full coverage and doesn’t feel sheer or see-through.
  • Upsizing will make it easier to get on and may feel more comfortable, but could reduce the level of compression. Be careful of excess fabric that might move during activity and cause chafing or require adjustment.

Overall, compression should feel snug but allow full freedom of movement.
