Nature Bound “Win Back Your Order” – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by 2XU Pty Ltd (“Promoter”).

2. Promotional Period
The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 13 April 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 19 April 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over
  • Employees of the Promoter and its related entities or agencies are ineligible

 

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, customers must purchase at least one (1) item from the Nature Bound Trail Run Collection via 2xu.com during the Promotional Period
  • Each eligible order constitutes one (1) entry into the draw
  • Multiple entries are permitted, with each qualifying order counted separately

 

5. Prize

  • One winner will receive a refund of their eligible order value

 

6. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected by random draw on 20 April 2026
  • The draw will take place electronically
  • The winner will be notified via email by our customer service team within 5 business days of the draw

 

7. Prize Conditions

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Refund applies only to eligible Nature Bound Trail Run Collection items in the winning order
  • Shipping costs are excluded from the refund
  • Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash beyond the stated refund

 

8. Entry Conditions & Exclusions

  • Orders that are cancelled, returned, or refunded prior to the draw date are ineligible
  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process
  • Incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid entries will not be accepted

 

9. Unclaimed Prize

  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw

 

10. Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion

  • By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using personal information in accordance with its privacy policy
