2XU “Spend and Win” Competition – Terms & Conditions (VIC, Australia)

1. Promoter
   The promoter is 2XU Pty Ltd (ABN 85 112 308 602), Victoria, Australia.

2. Eligibility
   Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+ who make a valid 2XU purchase during the competition period. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Competition Period
   Opens 12:01am AEDT 1 December 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEDT 15 December 2025. Purchases made outside this period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

   • Make any purchase from 2XU (in-store or online) during the competition period.

   • Submit your details and valid purchase order number via the entry form.
     Each purchase = 1 entry. Multiple entries permitted.

5. Prize

   • 2 x pairs of 2XU Compression Tights; and

   • 2 x Courtside seats to the Brisbane Bullets vs Melbourne United game on 27 December 2025.
     Total prize value approximately $900. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection
   The winner will be chosen via random draw at the Promoter’s Melbourne office on 16 December 2025. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 2 business days.

7. Unclaimed Prize
   If the prize is not claimed within 3 days, the Promoter may redraw the prize.

8. Verification
   The Promoter may request proof of purchase and identity. Invalid, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be deemed ineligible.

9. Liability
   To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from entry or prize use, including event changes or cancellation by the game organisers.

10. Privacy
    Entry details will be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering this competition.

11. General
    By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion if required.
