I’ve been wearing the Light Speed Compression Shorts for a few weeks now, and they’ve quickly become my favorite for running and training. The compression is strong but not restrictive — it gives me that locked-in feeling without limiting my movement. I really like how lightweight and breathable the fabric is, even during long sessions or hot days. The waistband stays in place, and the pockets are a great bonus for carrying gels or keys. Run 30km with it and no sign of fatigue or muscle soreness on legs next day

very comfortable to wear in long distance run
