Grace Norman is one of the most accomplished Para triathletes in the world. A multi-Paralympic medallist and multiple world champion, she has redefined excellence in PTS5 competition for Team USA while inspiring athletes of all abilities.

Career highlights​

  • Gold medallist in the Women’s PTS5 triathlon at the 2024 Paris Paralympic Games.  
  • Gold medallist in the Women’s PT4 triathlon at the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games, marking the sport’s first Paralympic gold.  
  • Silver medallist, Women’s PTS5 triathlon, 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games. 
  • Multiple World Triathlon Para Series wins and World Championship podiums across her career.
