I've worn these the last couple of days over a a lightweight long-sleeve shirt and it was perfect in 35 degree weather for running. Easy movement and very comfortable. As it gets colder and/or windier I'll substitute the shirt/shell with a cold gear one under it. This is so comfortable I'm hoping that takes me through most of the cold weather running season. I do wish it had a reflective stripe on the back though.
