Stay Dry: Advanced 20k/50k waterproof stretch membrane with adjustable hood and fully taped seams offers serious protection from rain whilst still remaining breathable.
Lightweight & Flexible: Lightweight articulated sleeves, an adjustable hood and hem and a full front zip with snap tab provides maximum movement and allows you to adjust airflow to your liking when the weather change.
Packable Pocket: A chest zip pocket offers a bounce-free solution for securing phone, cards or keys while you run and place to pack your jacket when you are not wearing it.
Be Seen: Reflective logos and trims provide 360-degree visibility in low-light conditions.

Good lightweight jacket
Jacket and hood works well for running. Hood is adjustable around the crown so it stays in place, good fabric, taped seams.
The text suggests it can be packed into its own pocket, but I don't see how that's possible. You could roll it up pretty small though.
I ran for a few hours in moderate to heavy rain, and kept pretty warm and dry. Keeps the wind and water off. While the DWR coating is working, the rain flows off really well. You could get a bit seeping through at the zip and pocket, but still I think very good for most conditions you could be out in.
